About
Trish, the owner of the spa and full time therapist, began her massage therapy career in 2009 when she attended The American and European Massage Clinic in Raleigh, NC where she studied Russian Medical Massage under Vladimir Bogatov, MD. During her time as a therapist, Trish has worked in all sorts of practices from sports massage clinics working on college and professional athletes, to high end spas performing ultimate relaxation massage before going off on her own opening a private practice in 2011 and has been self employed ever since.
Trish is most passionate about therapeutic massage and helping her clients heal from accidents and/or injury but is more than happy to also give a relaxing Swedish or Hot Stone massage. She has massaged mothers through their entire pregnancies, helped a pro golfer improve his range of motion and his swing, and has given relaxing massages to those who were going through painful cancer treatments, suffering from MS, and even made house calls to the hospital ICU when needed.

Trish is a Certified Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist, Upper Body Specialist. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Thai Yoga Massage, and many other modalities that when combined can help you feel your absolute best!​
Terms of Service
At Holistic Healing Massage it is our intention to provide our guests with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for our first-time and repeating clients.

Payment for Services
Payment for services is due immediately after your session. Cash is preferred but I also accept all major credit cards, CashApp and Venmo.

Appointment Requests
Appointments can be requested over the phone or via our online request form.

All services are provided by appointment only.

If you would like a same day appointment, please call first and we’ll try to accommodate you IF our schedule permits.

We know your time is valuable and we always do our best to stay on schedule.

Sickness
If you are sick please reschedule your appointment within 24 hours if possible. If you have an upcoming appointment and are not feeling well please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to fill the appointment time.

Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and you may need to reschedule an appointment. We are happy to accommodate our clients who do not abuse this courtesy. Please try to give 24 hours notice so that the appointment time can be filled.

Cancellations & “No-shows”
We ask for 24-hours advance notice should cancellation of an appointment be necessary. There is no charge for cancellations.
No-showing for an appointment will result in the following fees:

Clients will be charged 100% of the price for the scheduled service.

Repeat offenders of our no-show policy may be required to prepay for future services or be released as a client.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late to an appointment are expected to pay the full amount of the price for the scheduled service. The appointment time may also have to be modified so that the therapist can continue to be on time for following appointments.

Inappropriate Behavior
Holistic Healing Massage maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding any form of inappropriate speech or behavior, including verbal, physical, or sexual. Sessions provided by Holistic Healing Massage therapists are strictly ethical and therapeutic. Improper behavior will not be tolerated. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session. Offenders will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment and will not be rescheduled.
